Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times — United States

       Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): FREE on all orders.

       Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. Toca is not responsible for carrier delays.

International shipping

We currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping will be added later in 2026.

Tracking your order

Once your Toca ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don't receive shipping confirmation within 3 business days of ordering, email us at hello@hellotoca.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 7 days at hello@hellotoca.com. We'll replace or refund right away. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier — if it remains lost after 48 hours, we'll work with you on a replacement.

Address changes

If you need to change the shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
