30-day risk-free trial

We want your dog to love their Toca. If they don't, we don't deserve the sale. You have 30 days from delivery to return your Toca for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

       Email us at hello@hellotoca.com with your order number and reason for return.

       We'll send you a prepaid US return shipping label.

       Pack the Toca in its original packaging (or any sturdy box).

       Drop it off at any UPS or USPS location.

Conditions

       Toca must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

       Items must be in resaleable condition — minor pet hair is fine; significant staining, odor, or damage is not.

       Original order must be from hellotoca.com (we cannot refund purchases from other retailers).

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If your Toca arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it free of charge — no return required.

Non-returnable items

       Items marked as Final Sale at checkout.

       Gift cards.
